United States Masters Swimming was officially organized in 1972, making Masters swimming one of the oldest adult fitness sports organizations in the country. Membership in Savannah Masters automatically enrolls you in USMS.
USMS is a national nonprofit providing membership benefits to nearly 65,000 swimmers nationwide — insurance, sanctioned events, the SWIMMER magazine, and a community of athletes of every age. Savannah Masters is an affiliated club through the Southern LMSC.
